The quality and environmental protection policy of OECO d.o.o. is based on our vision, mission and commitment to the key directions of our company and the commitment to meeting customer, legal and all other requirements that are relevant for the proper operation of the company. Including the commitment to reducing environmental pollution and complying with all legal and other environmental protection requirements.

As a young, fast-growing service company, we are aware of the importance of proper operation of the company, which allows us to ensure the adequacy of our services and the consequent satisfaction of our key customers, while at the same time it is our key advantage in obtaining new business.

With the quality and environmental protection policy itself, we commit to having:
  • Established operating processes in the company that are properly supervised;
  • Competent staff trained to operate appropriately in individual company processes;
  • Established risk assessment system and consequently identified measures;
  • Established continuous improvement system;
  • Established company operations in accordance with all legal requirements, including legal and other environmental protection requirements;
  • Continuous care for reducing environmental pollution.
In addition to the above points, the top management also undertakes to:
  • Ensure the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system and environmental protection according to the requirements of the ISO 14001/20215 standard;
  • Implement the quality and environmental protection policy in the company and appropriately present it to all employees;
  • Provide support to all employees in their work at OECO d.o.o.;
  • Ensure appropriate partnership cooperation with key suppliers / service providers;
  • Recognize the requirements and expectations of all stakeholders and also define themselves in relation to them.
