Our goal is to deliver the tool in perfect condition within the agreed delivery time.
The majority of the tools we produce in China transported to Europe by ship following your approval. High humidity, rough seas and different climate zones affect the protection of transported goods. Before shipment, the tools are protected with an anti-corrosion coating, wrapped in plastic foil and placed in a robust and stable plywood transport box. Wooden packaging is subject to special import regulations. It must be IPPC certified, which ensures that the material has been heat-treated and is free of pests.
The same procedure applies for rail or air transport.
Before shipment, we prepare all the documentation necessary for the import process and shipment customs clearance.
When the tool arrives at a port, airport or railway station, it is cleared by the competent customs authorities and released for pick-up by truck. No later than 24 hours after release, the tool arrives at our maintenance facility, where it is cleaned and checked in terms of its functionality. After final controls, it is delivered to your production facility.
