Industrial 3D printing with direct metal laser sintering – DMLS technology enables our customers to cost-effectively produce a variety of prototypes or small series of products high quality powder materials in short delivery times. Metal laser sintering allows us almost complete freedom of design and production of very demanding three-dimensional shapes, which in toolmaking contribute to more optimal tooling. For example, conventionally made cooling systems in plastic injection molding tools are usually more time consuming and technically demanding. By using the so-called Conformal Cooling Systems, optimal cooling of tools or individual tool parts can be achieved, thus shortening the production cycle time and increasing the quality and dimensional suitability of the injection molded product, while also enabling more rational consumption of material, e.g. tool steel. The process makes it possible to manufacture any product or tool part of your choice, regardless of the design.
