At OECO d.o.o. we respect your privacy. This document explains which personal data we collect on this website, why we process it and which rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What data we collect

We process the following categories of data on this website:

  • Inquiries: name, company, e-mail, phone, selected interest and message, only when you submit the contact form or write to us.
  • AI chat: the content of messages you type into the website assistant, used to generate the reply.
  • Analytics: anonymised visit data (Google Analytics 4), only with your consent.
  • Server logs: technical hosting records (IP address, access time) kept for security and reliable operation.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Answering inquiries and preparing quotes: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps.
  • Analysing traffic and improving the website: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • Security and reliable operation of the site: legitimate interest.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-8ELJZCSW68) with IP anonymisation to measure traffic. Analytics cookies are only set after you accept them in the banner; without consent no data is sent to Google. Your choice is stored only in your browser.

You can change your choice at any time using the button below.

Website AI assistant

Messages you type into the chat are relayed through our server to Google's Gemini service, which generates the reply. The conversation is kept only in your browser for the duration of the session; we do not store conversations on our server. Please do not enter sensitive personal data into the chat.

Processors and data transfers

We rely on the following carefully selected processors:

  • Vercel Inc. (website hosting; transfers to the US based on standard contractual clauses)
  • Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics 4 and the Gemini API)
  • Google LLC (infrastructure of the above services)

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.

Data retention

Inquiries are kept for as long as needed for communication and a possible business relationship. Analytics data is retained in Google Analytics for a maximum of 14 months. AI chat conversations are not stored on our server.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • access, rectify or erase your data,
  • restrict processing and receive your data in a portable format,
  • object to processing based on legitimate interest,
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
